Rion, also known as the Exile, is a memory character in NieR Reincarnation, first introduced in The Girl and the Monster arc's Ch 1: Windblown Sand (His Body, Rust). Blessed with sharp wit and a tender heart, she holds a precious vow close to her as she travels from one land to the next with a mechanical clockwork soldier, communicating with humans through binary code.

Information

Meet some of our members (who want to be known). Sometimes we make our own roles or titles which you can view by clicking "Our Words...". Our headspace is as large and as complex as you can imagine with polyfragmented systems but we won't be disclosing any details about it.

Our Words...

Watcher: Responsible for watching over the subsystems and the fragments that are housed in them. Taken from Drakengard / NieR and angelology (the Watchers).

Guide: (title might change) Responsible for guiding everyone both inside the headspace and outside the headspace or the physical world.

Scanner: Nines role, directly from NieR Automata. Responsible for recording and archiving all happenings in the body and the system. Monitors the body's physical and mental health.

Handler: Processes emotions and more. Processing seems to come in two ways: going in and going out. It's a joke from the job title "food handler" since Demi eats magatamas.

Healer: (questioning title) Takes care of the fragments in the subsystems.

Mediator: Another word for "caretaker". Helps calm down members and resolve conflicts.

Roles are never permanent, are always changing, and always overlap. Members can have more roles than what's listed and members don't have to have a role at all.

Nines // Scanner

I document and manage the body's health, physically and mentally, along with keeping track of system information. 🞚 more

Minato, Yuki // Manager

Yo. System manager, data organizer, and village asshole. Truthfully, I value everything that is near and dear to me.

Ryoji // Death

"It". My role is being death incarnate. The "grieving" alter. I hold loss and grief in both the outside and inner worlds. 🞚 more

Demi // Handler

Processor of emotions and more (going in). Eater of magatamas. I love being quiet or mute but I can speak if I want to.

Kei // Core

Hi... I like the name Kei Amemura even if it's not cannon from my source! I'm autistic. I love coding and being a hermit. 🞚 more

Hey. I'm Nines. Also 9S but I'd much rather be called Nines.

My role is "scanner" just like my source (NieR Automata) except that I manage all of the inner workings of the body and the system. Not in the same vein as a "guide" though. I live in a "bunker-esque" environment in the headspace. It's not quite like the Bunker in Automata but it's close!

I love chiptune music (especially when it's jazzy), a good deep conversation, and I'm very gay.

Hello. It's a pleasure to finally meet everyone.

I'm Ryoji and just like my source, I am the avatar of death itself.

I'm the "grief" alter although it's taken quite a long time for me to fully... come out, so to speak.

Despite my doomy and gloomy role in our family, I'm actually quite hopeful. I value life more than anything in the world. Our relationship with death though is a just as much of a positive as it is a negative. It's fearful but also... yeah... hopeful.

I believe we can learn a lot from the things that change us. And when I mean death, I don't always mean a physical one. There's change everywhere you go.

I don't think I've developed "fully" yet but I might have an interest in tarot and tarot reading and all things spiritual and sometimes mystical.

You call call me, Kei! But Nahobino or Naho or Bino works too! There's a strange reason why the name is split like that... um... don't concern yourself with that!

I'm one of the "cores" in the system. For me, that means that I share almost all (if not all) the traits with our body. My role is Kei. My role is being myself!

I'm an introject from SMTV but it's whatever at this point. In my source, I am male. It's something I'd rather be outside of very few occassions where I feel as though I could "bend" a little bit.

I like drawing, being on my computer, playing video games, watching anime and youtube... the usual stuff our body does. And coding!

I'm the one who's primarily responsible for all of the website shenanigans that you see here! Sometimes Jay is coding too!

I love being a hermit. Sometimes it gets lonely but then I don't have to deal with people much LOL. I'm very socially awkward and have trouble understanding certain social cues or norms.

You can call us "introverted" in the sense that we get exhausted by noisy, social situations rather quickly. However, we love to talk when given the opportunity to! I don't always talk much when fronting.

Wassup, I'm Nier. I want to test a new name for myself too but... hmm... P: I've grown attached to my source name. Apparently, I went by "Ezekiel" at first. That's a nice name too...

Anyways, I'm also one of the cores in the system except that I embody... not the best things in the world, if I'm honest. That's okay because well... I've been working on myself as a person. A lot of us have been.

My source is NieR Replicant but I'd rather not be defined by being a fictive, if that makes any sense.

I enjoy taking care of things and making people happy or feel as though life is worth living. On the other hand, it can be hard for me to keep up with the demands of life which also makes me a bit of a "holder".

I'm actually very protective for a mediator. I carry a sword with me wherever I go.

I enjoy being around those I love and cherish and helping out with various tasks and jobs. c: I may carry a sword, but my hands are also loving, warm, and gentle.

Other than that, I've been feeling very thoughtful or introspectively lately. I don't know...

I'm Rion. Only Dimos can call me by my nickname which he gave me.

I'm from NieR Re[in]carnation and just like my source, I'm very ill. I'm actually the "co-host" or "co-manager" of the system but my sickness makes it diffult for me to be as active as I want to be. Still, Minato is happy to give me the title. A lot of times I feel very weak as a "leader"...

My main job is to record each and every location in our inner world and then pass that info over to Minato and Nines for further documentation.

I love traveling around with Dimos who is my protector. But I don't think he wants to make himself known to the outside world just yet.

There isn't too many things that I enjoy, I guess. Besides just making sure that whatever it is that I'm doing that I'm doing it well. Mm... I enjoy singing whenever I can sing...
